Booking fees and payouts
Who pays what, and how payouts reach you.
One promise shapes pricing on RaceLinq: you receive the entry price you set, in full. All features are included for every organisation, and there is no subscription.
Who pays what
The entrant pays your entry price plus one booking fee at checkout. The booking fee covers RaceLinq's platform fee and card processing together, so nothing is deducted from your payout.

The entrant sees these as a single booking fee line, with a minimum of 50p (60c on euro orders) per order. Free events carry no booking fee. No VAT is added; prices are exactly as shown.
Payouts
Payments go to your own Stripe account, connected when you set up the organisation. Stripe pays out to your bank on its usual schedule, which you can see and change in your Stripe dashboard. Because the money is yours from the first moment, refunds and any chargebacks are handled on your account too.
Refunds
Refund an entry at any time, in full or in part, from the order. The entrant receives the entry price back; the booking fee is not refunded, and the checkout states this before payment. Details are in Entries, refunds and transfers.
