The participant portal

For participants. Find your entry, update your details, get your receipt or transfer your place, with no account to create.

Updated 23 Oct 2026

If you have entered a race run on RaceLinq, you have a participant portal for that organiser. There is no account to create and no password: you sign in with a code sent to the email address you entered with.

Signing in

Follow the portal link in your confirmation email, or from the organiser's event page. Enter your email address and you will receive a six-digit code; type it in and you are signed in. Codes expire after a short time, so request a new one if yours has lapsed.

If the email address you entered with has changed, contact the organiser. Their address is on every email they have sent you, and replies go straight to them.

What you can do

  • See your entries across all of that organiser's events, with the category, date and your bib number once it has been assigned.
  • Update your details: emergency contact, club, address, t-shirt size, whatever the organiser asked for. If you paid before filling in your details, this is where you finish them.
  • Download your receipt for any order, and see any refunds against it.
  • Complete a team. If you entered a relay or group, add the remaining members here and, for a relay, set which leg each member takes.
  • Transfer your entry to someone else, where the organiser allows it. Enter their email; they accept and fill in their own details, and you are both emailed when it is done. Some organisers charge a transfer fee, which the new entrant pays.

Results

When the organiser publishes results, look for them on the organiser's event page or website, wherever they have chosen to show them. If the organiser has finisher emails switched on, you will also receive your time, position and splits by email.

Questions about a race

RaceLinq provides the software; the organiser runs the race and sets its terms, including refunds and transfers. For anything about the event itself, reply to any of their emails or use the contact details on their event page.
