The entry page
Entries paid straight to you.
Every event gets a registration page at its own link, in your colours with your logo at the top. Three steps — entries, details, payment — with the running total in a bar at the bottom, and card payment on Stripe's hosted page straight into your own account.
Each category shows its date, start time, price and places left. Early-bird pricing shows the tier deadline and the saving, and rolls over on its own.
A relay collects a team name and one person per leg; a group entry lets several people enter together. Capacity and price count teams, not people.
Take payment first and let entrants add names, emergency contacts and addresses later, with a nudge email before your cut-off.
The entry form also embeds on your club's website with a single copy-and-paste, bound to your domain and edited from the same dashboard.

Entrants help themselves.
Every entrant gets a portal in your branding. They sign in with a code sent by email — no password, no account to create — and find their upcoming entries with a countdown, their past races, and a receipt to download for each.
Names, emergency contacts, addresses and team rosters stay editable until your entry-changes deadline. Anything missing is flagged so the entrant completes it before race day.
An entrant can transfer an entry to someone else from the portal, with an optional transfer fee, and withdraw the request if needed.
Email preferences, your organisation's contact address and the answers to the usual questions about withdrawals and refunds live in the portal's sidebar.
Arrange each entry's page in the portal builder — race facts, sponsors, text and image rows — and set a banner image and welcome message on the Branding page.
More about registrations →All features are included for every organisation. Entrants pay a 3% booking fee plus card processing (1.5% in pounds, 2.5% in euro) at checkout; you receive your entry price in full. The full list is on the features page.
