Event pages

Switch on a public page for an event, arrange it in the page builder and share the link.

Updated 20 Oct 2026

Every event can have a public event page: the date and place, the categories with live prices and places left, a countdown and the Enter button, all in your colours. It is built from what you have already entered, so it cannot go out of date.

Switching it on

In the event's settings, turn on the event page. It starts from the default template with every section filled in from the event. The page lives at its own link under your organisation's handle, and a shared link unfurls with the event's name, date and image.

The page builder

Open the page builder to make the page yours. The page is a stack of blocks you can reorder, remove or add to:

  • An About block for the course description and the practical details.
  • Links and a share row with a calendar file.
  • Two-column layouts for text beside an image.
  • Any widget you have built as an embed: a schedule, your sponsors, a second countdown, the entry form. They slot in styled exactly as they are on your own site.

Each block also accepts its own CSS for finishing touches. Alternatively, describe the page you want and let the AI builder draft a first version to edit.

After race day

The page keeps working once the race has run: the Enter buttons go, and the results take their place when you publish them. See Publishing results.

If you already have a website

You do not have to use the event page. The countdown, entry form, schedule, sponsors and results are each available as a one-line embed for pages you already have; see Embedding on your website. Many organisers do both: the event page as the link in social posts, and the embeds on the club site.
